Free Boat Transportation to Casa Paradisio – We offer free boat transportation to the property on your arrival and back to town on departure. Please plan on a 30 minute +/- ride each way through one of the most beautiful and pristine areas in the world.  The likelihood is that you will get a bit of a tour on the way out and we can stop at one or more interesting bars or restaurants for refreshments should you choose to do so.

Free Shopping Assistance – Prior to taking you to the property we will direct you as to where to shop at some of the local stores. We recommend that you bring a shopping list with you so we can make this part of your visit as enjoyable as possible and ensure that all your desires are met.  We highly recommend that you be sure to buy sunscreen, ice for drinks and drinking water (if you have a delicate constitution).

Pre-Shopping Service – If you are pressed for time or want to avoid shopping for food and supplies we will be happy to pre-shop for you.  This service is very affordable and most importantly, it saves time for more important activities.

Cooking Service – This service may be arranged with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Charges vary depending on the chef and what you wish to have prepared.
 
Additional Maid Service – Should you require additional maid service please let us know in advance and we will make the arrangements. Charges for additional maid service vary depending on the scope of cleaning requested.

Laundry Service – In the event you need your laundry done during the course of your stay it can be arranged provided you supply us with 24 hours notice.  The fee for this service will depend on where we will have your laundry done.  Laundry service includes washing, drying and folding.

Transportation Services – Our managers live on-site, as such they are usually available should you wish to take a trip into town or to one of the nearby restaurants.  Fees for these services vary depending on the time involved and the distance traveled.  As a rule you can figure that a round trip to nearby restaurants or resorts will run $20 to $30 and a round trip from Casa Paradisio to Bocas Town and back will cost around $80. 

Amenities

Casa Paradisio is built on a long dock stretching into the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean on the East End of Isla Bastimentos in Bocas del Toro, Panama.  As such it has excellent views or the surrounding waters, the Zapatilla Islands, and the nearby islands of Popa and Cayo de Agua.  On clear days you can easily see the mountain range that makes up the central corridor of Panama.  Casa Paradisio is also 100% authentic in terms of its construction – it was built by local Indians with tested and true building practices under our close scrutiny.  In addition to a remote location with great views and true island construction Casa Paradisio offers the following amenities:

Tours

Our staff will be happy to arrange personalized tours of the area for you and your friends based on your schedule.  Here is a list of some of the adventures we offer:

Zapatilla Island Tour
Visit the unspoiled Zapatilla Islands which are part of the Bastimentos National Marine Park.  Snorkeling, diving, beachcombing and jungle walks are all available.

Inshore Kayak Tour
Explore the local rivers and mangrove lined creeks by Kayak on this guided tour.  The amount of life you see will amaze you.

Jungle Tour
Trek with us through the jungle looking for birds, monkeys, sloths and other wildlife.

Cave Tour
Visit the local “Bat” Caves for a real adventure to write home about.

Indian Village Tour
Visit the nearby Salt Creek Village where you will find over 300 indigenous “Ngobe” Indians and see how they live and work.  We can also take you to other villages that are very remote and where few outsiders have ever set foot.

Hobie Cat Sailing
Hobie’s are known for speed and agility and if the wind is up you are in for a great time as you skim along just inches above the water.

Fishing Tours
Our staff will be happy to take you on a Half Day or Full Day Fishing Trip to some of the areas exotic reefs or inshore spots.

Snorkeling
We can take you by boat to some of the area’s best snorkeling sopts where you will see tropical fish and a tremendous variety of corals, sponges and other reef creatures.

Diving Tour
If diving is your passion let us make arrangements to take you on a reef dive to remember.  All gear is included.

Surfing Tour
Bocas is famous for surfing, but few people ever venture this far out.  As such, you will be surfing in virgin territory and on some of the best waves in the archipelago.

Real Estate Tours
Together with our friends at Bocas del Toro Realty we can take you on a memorable tour of the area where you will see a number of properties for sale.  We can also design a tour specifically for you and the properties you wish to see.

Please Note: Casa Paradisio has no TV's or Internet Service. It is designed to be an escape from these modern day devices - a place to relax and enjoy the gifts and beauty of nature. In case of emergencies however, our staff can provide telephone access and may be able to get a message out via the internet.
